We celebrated Peaches' "Gotcha" Day over the weekend.  I found her at the Sacramento SPCA on December 28, and I brought her home on December 29 to begin a happier new life with us--happier for her and happier for us.  She is everything to me, this special little dog with a Jesus fish on her back, who I am certain embodies the spirits of all the dogs I've loved before.  She is the greatest gift I have ever received.
